Breaking ground on new townhome villas

ANDERSON, IN – Primrose Retirement Community of Anderson has announced plans to add two two-bedroom, two-bathroom Townhome Villas to the retirement community. Ground was broken this week on the project, which is expected to be completed this summer. Anderson-based Mustin Builder will be the general contractor.

“We are very excited about the addition to our community,” said Primrose Executive Director Hervey Lawrence. “Our existing Villas have been very popular. So, we are glad that we will soon be able to provide even more.”

Primrose Retirement Community of Anderson, opened in 2008, consists of 36 Independent Living Apartments, 32 Assisted Living Apartments, and 8 Townhome Villas.
