‘Thankful Tree’ on display at Findlay Primrose
In November, we celebrated what we were all thankful for this Thanksgiving. Residents and staff filled out cards and hung them on our Thankful tree.
The one thing that touched my heart was how many are thankful for family and how many consider the residents and staff family. As children and grandchildren, it is so important for us to take time out of our busy schedules to stay in touch with our loved ones.
We should pop by for a surprise visit or spend time calling on the phone just to say hello. Hearing our voices and seeing our faces does wonders for the spirits this time of year.
Here are some of the things that Primrose Findlay is thankful for this year: Family, mom and residents, our service men and women who defend our country and freedoms, the awesome residents here at Primrose, Everything at Primrose, living in a free country, Four seasons, faith and my church, caring friends and family, my husband, people that are raised with respect, my health, my new granddaughters and my primrose family, our flag, he residents at primrose and that I get to help them and make them smile, Primrose is nice, Bring a mommy and my awesome job, God’s grace and his gift of salvation, and these two stuck out for me: Everything God has given me and my family and one resident said: I am so thankful that I live at Primrose. I appreciate the great staff and friendly residents. As a member of our staff, I consider it a privilege to work with an amazing staff and incredible residents. This truly is Living!!
