When thinking of November some of us think of Thanksgiving and being thankful. Here are some of the things that some are thankful for.

Bea Mc. is thankful for many things, mostly for being alive. Over two years ago hospice only gave her just so many days to live. God had different plans. He has given her many talents such as making dolls working with plastic canvas. Many of the dolls have given children happiness. And she is still making those dolls. She thanks God everyday for His kindness.

Shirley and Joe are thankful that all their children and grandchildren have great health. They are thankful that their children are employed. Shirley is thankful that her husband is still with her, because many of her friends have lost their spouses. Both of them are thankful and happy to live at Primrose.

Ruby H. is thankful for the many things she has experienced in life. Especially thankful for her religious upbringing, family, health, and a place to live. She was so thankful for the foreign boys that stayed with her for a year when she was at home. Thankful for the ability to travel to Hawaii, Europe and Florida. And growing up on a farm she learned that life was not always easy there was hard work.
