Seniors are treated to facials
Seniors enjoy wine and cheese
Guests also received flowers
Aberdeen Primrose Apartments: Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts and wives. The ladies living at Aberdeen Primrose Independent Living Apartments were treated to facials and skin treatments for their hands by Ashley Geist, a Mary Kay Consultant who enjoys providing this service for seniors. Resident Betty Schaffer said this was the first time she’d ever had a facial and enjoyed the new experience.
After the pampering, Primrose staff served coffee, tea and wine complimented by cheeses, crackers and mini-cheesecakes. Judging by the conversation and laughter in the room, everyone enjoyed the afternoon!
Every guest was also given a flower to take back to their home as a reminder of the lovely afternoon in honor of their life as nurturing women.
