Mankato, MN, Retirement Communities

Here at Primrose of Mankato, our residents mean a lot to us. We wanted to do something to show them how special they are to us as well as to celebrate Christmas. We decided to put on a beautiful Christmas dinner for them.

The evening began with our residents enjoying a variety of appetizers, sipping wine out of champagne flutes, and listening to live Christmas music. With over sixty Primrose residents served, our dining room had little wiggle room to say the least.

A beautiful dinner of stuffed pork chops, asparagus, and fresh bread was served after the music concluded. Finally came a beautifully chilled grasshopper dessert.

At the end of the evening, as residents filed out, smiles could be seen from ear-to-ear. It warmed our hearts to see how much everyone enjoyed the evening. For many, it brought back memories of nights out on the town. We are so happy we could share this experience with our residents.
