Primrose of Pueblo is very proud of our Primrose Senior University (PSU) program. PSU provides continued learning on topics that are of interest to our residents.

Currently the Pueblo PSU is presenting The Everyday Guide to Wine, taught by Jennifer Simonett-Bryan, Master of Wine (M.W.). This is a 24-week series on the making of wine, different types of wine, what wines to drink with different foods, wines of different regions in the world and becoming a knowledgeable wine buyer/collector.

The class meets weekly and views a 30 minute video on the subject for the week, has discussion and then tastes different types of wine.

To celebrate the Christmas season, class member Bob Davitt set up a luncheon for the class, complete with the appropriate type of wine for the meal.

This series will last until January 28, 2014. We welcome you to join us!

Life long learning is a powerful part of Living for us! Past courses included Brain Fitness, Great Music, Best Paintings, the Science of Natural Healing, the Influence of Color and now All About Wine. Any requests for our next session starting Spring of 2014?! Residents, Family Members and Friends are welcome to join us on Tuesdays for PSU.
