Primrose Dime Store
We have a little store at the Findlay Primrose which is run by and for our residents.
We decided to close the store down for awhile to do some re-decorating. A few residents got together and painted a mural on one of the walls. Bud Schaller, Pat Loveridge, Nancy Williams, along with one of our staff members, Cindy Pagano, came up with the idea.
They also chose the name for our store, “Primrose 5 and Dime.” We sell all kinds of merchandise from candy, soda, personal hygiene products, cards, along with milk and butter. We now have coupons, store money for the bingo cart and other fun ways to spend money.
At our standing-room-only Grand Opening we sold over $70 worth of merchandise. Our residents did a great job!
