Retirement Community plans social evening

Austin, MN: Primrose Retirement Communities is planning a social evening for Austin area seniors this Saturday, March 13th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Austin area seniors are invited to bring their friends and adult children and join Primrose for a “Spaghetti Dinner” followed by a refreshing treat in the Primrose Ice Cream Parlor. RSVP’s are appreciated by calling the community by March 12th.

Primrose residents enjoy social activities, new friends, new ideas and new activities in a safe and comfortable living environment each and every day. Primrose keeps their residents engaged in activities from day trips to theme parties that stimulate their minds, bodies, and souls. At Primrose seniors can relax and enjoy their retirement years!

“At Primrose we feel that socialization is one of the key parts in a senior’s day to day life,” said Laura Pyburn, Primrose Community Manager. “That is why we regularly plan special events to bring everyone together to create a greater sense of community among those who live here.” Pyburn is available to provide information and give tours by appointment. Primrose Retirement Community of Austin is a premier Independent Living and Assisted Living community located at 1701 22nd Ave SE, just one block south of the Southgate school. The community consists of 40 Independent Living apartment homes and 24 Assisted Living apartment homes. The apartments are available in a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units. Residents will enjoy an array of inviting public areas including a fitness center, ice cream parlor, billiard room, beauty salon and barber shop, devotional chapel, libraries and computer lounge.
