A: We are located at 1360 Adams Street.

Q: Do you lease or rent your apartments?

A: Initially, we require a 3 month lease, and then a month-to-month lease thereafter.

Q: Is there a buy-in fee?

A: No. All Primrose apartments are based on a month-to-month lease basis. So if you ever need to make an internal move in Primrose, you don’t have to worry about selling anything!
