The Council Bluffs Primrose assisted living facility provides quality senior care. Our experienced, caring staff provides an environment of comfort while enriching the quality of life for our residents.

Our assisted living community encourages independence in all of its residents, and provides comforting and skilled Nursing assistance to those who need help with the activities of daily living (ADLs). We can assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, transfers and medications, to name just a few. Laundry and housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis.

Hospice Care: We assist the primary caregiver, and provide comfort and general services during hospice stays.

Respite Care:

• 3 Meals/day, Weekly Housekeeping & Laundry
• Medication Administration & Nursing Services
• All Utilities (except telephone)
• Available for short-term stays of 14 days up to 60 days
• Ideal for those needing help after an illness or while families are out of town
• Can even be used to "sample" life at Primrose
